Robert “Bob” Bradley has been in the mortgage industry since 1997. Bob is a graduate of Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an Accounting and Economics concentration and pursued his MBA with the University of New Haven. Bob enjoyed a long and successful career with United Technologies Corporation, Loral Electronics, Westinghouse Corporation, Northrop Grumman and FM Global. Bob’s experience in the financial field began in 1980 with Sikorsky Aircraft as a financial analyst. He pursued a senior financial position with Loral Electronics, a leader in the defense electronics industry. He was recruited back to United Technologies, Norden Systems for his industry knowledge and was responsible for contract pricing and negotiations with the Federal Government. His talents were quickly recognized and he was promoted to Manager of Manufacturing Financial Control. He was responsible for the implementation of financial systems, control, reporting and analysis of major production programs. He was promoted to Manager of Financial Operations where he was responsible for systems implementation and the development of specific financial control tools for contract reporting and management. Shortly thereafter, he was again promoted to Manager of Financial control for all production contracts. This entailed the management of an operating budget of over $500,000 and contract and financial management of over $300,000,000. Bob implemented many cost savings controls and manufacturing production improvements over his eleven years with Norden Systems. In 1993 he was again promoted to the Financial Manager of Business Systems and Advanced Products in which he reported directly to the Vice President of Business Development. He was responsible for the further growth of Advanced Products and was the financial liaison to the Vice Presidents of Engineering and Manufacturing. His skills were highly regarded and he was consistently awarded the recognition for financial executives within United Technologies. Bob was responsible for the divestiture team and the smooth transition of the purchase when the Westinghouse Corporation acquired Norden Systems. Later, Northrop Grumman acquired this same division of Westinghouse. After Northrop Grumman, Bob pursued a career with Arkwright Insurance, later FM Global, as the chief liaison/underwriter for business interruption and gross profits loss analysis. He interfaced with major corporations assisting them to understand, embrace and protect against the potential loss related to upstream and downstream vendor/materials loss. This was a field familiar to Bob after his many years in finance in a manufacturing environment. In 1996 Bob pursued an education in the real estate field completing the Real Estate course and decided to match his financial prowess within the real estate and investment field. His business is predominately referral and he closes roughly 100-150 transactions per year.
